Polo shirts

Polo shirts, made by the same jersey factories

A polo is a t-shirt with three extra decisions: the collar, the placket and the fabric. The same cut-and-sew factories in our group make both, so your tees and polos can run side by side in one order.

  • Pique or jersey body, from cotton to organic and blended yarns
  • Knitted rib collar and cuffs, or a self-fabric collar cut from the body cloth
  • Two or three button plackets, with the buttons you specify in the tech pack
  • Embroidered chest logo or print, priced per unit like your tees

Where it’s made

Where t-shirts are made

Jersey is knitted before it is cut, so t-shirts and polos are made in the same northern towns as knitwear, close to the mills that supply the fabric.

How it works

How a t-shirt order runs

  1. Send your brief

Styles, jersey weight, colours, print or embroidery, and quantities. Free, reply within 24 hours.

  2. Designer sketching technical flats in a notebook

    Lock the spec

Measurements, rib, neckline and print placement decide the quote. No tech pack? Ours costs €79, ready in 3–5 working days with 2–3 revision rounds.

  3. Placed with a jersey factory

We place the brief with a cut-and-sew factory in our group that works in your fabric. Our fee is quoted in writing before any work starts, and it never depends on order size.

  4. Sample room with rows of sewing machines

    Sample and approve

Around 2 to 3 weeks for a sample. Wash it, wear it, check shrinkage and print before you approve.

  5. Operator handling finished pieces on a sewing line

    Produce and ship

Around 5 to 7 weeks of production. The factory bills you directly, no commissions on top.
